Description
Screw for the Seat Centering Wheel on the Technogym Skillrow Rowing Machine
Condition: New
OEM+ Product
Note: Sold individually; 2 pieces required for 1 seat
The bolts for the centering wheels in this design have a very small diameter. It is known that these bolts frequently break during use, causing excessive play in the seat. However, the risk is even greater during the removal and replacement of the centering wheels. For this reason, we include 2 new bolts as standard in the overhaul kit so that you don’t get stuck during the repair due to one or two broken bolts. A reinforced version made of hardened steel is also available as an option; see our webshop.
Our recommendation is to always replace all wheels at once, including the guide wheels and centering wheels, so that the load and axle pressure on each wheel remain the same. All wheels have approximately the same lifespan. To do this, select the “overhaul kit” on the right if you wish to receive the complete set.
Over time, the wheels often start to make noise and cause annoying rattling sounds. This is caused by the bearings, which have a limited lifespan. If they are replaced too late, they can cause further damage to the other wheels, the frame, and the crossbar because the seat is no longer centered.
Of course, we can send you the repair manual after you place your order so you can easily replace them yourself.
